TOTIKA RUNGA – a bottle cap stacking game
Totika Runga is a competitive stacking game, which can be turned into a fun communication or party game.
“MAKE UP A QUESTION”: Some Totika card decks include one “Make up a question” entry on many of the cards in addition to 150 therapeutic questions. Players may use these or not. The intention is to provide the therapist, parent, facilitator opportunities to ask powerful follow-up questions. Although we are proud of our games and questions, we understand the curious and invested therapist/parent/facilitator is always in the best position to ask the most relevant question during special moments when a fun game can open spaces for therapeutic interventions and conversations
HOW TO PLAY
Roll a color, stack a cap
During early rounds, build eight levels with three caps on each level…
Place the gray cap
The player that completes the eighth level also must place the gray cap on top of the stack…
Players continue to stack caps
Once the gray cap is placed, no caps may be stacked above it…in other words, players insert caps in spaces between other caps…
Win by stacking the last cap
Stacking caps becomes more and more difficult as the pile expands…lose by knocking over the stack or win by stacking the last cap!
